Many people not wanting to serve but only to be served or unbelievers not wanting to listen to the gospel at all!<\/p>\n<h4>What areas did we see the most growth?<\/h4>\n<p>We saw growth numerically in our church.<\/p>\n<p>We saw growth spiritually in several leaders in our church.<\/p>\n<p>We saw growth physically and mentally in our children.<\/p>\n<p>Most importantly the Lord taught us the importance of growing together with other believers in community!<\/p>\n<h4>How did God use us specifically?<\/h4>\n<p>As we reviewed 2012 these were the events and people that stood out to us. It&#8217;s really not about us, it&#8217;s about God and how He decided to use us. It&#8217;s also about the people that we have the\u00a0privilege\u00a0of serving!<\/p>\n<p>Each one is linked to a blog post so take a look.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"First Time Teaching\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=554\">First Time Teaching<\/a><\/span> In January I had the privilege of teaching in a CMI course in Russian for the first time.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Good Soil in Chisinau\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=555\">Good Soil in Chisinau<\/a><\/span> In February I traveled to Chisinau where I did a half day seminar for about 30 Moldovans. I also presented Good Soil to about 100 church members on Sunday evening.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=2092\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CMI Leaders Meet in the Carpathians<\/span>\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0We met with the CMI leadership for 3 days of planning how to most effectively help churches in Ukraine and Moldova.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Guests from Jerusalem\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=563\">Guests from Jerusalem<\/a><\/span> David and Sue Schmidt came and taught \u201cBible Backgrounds\u201d. It was well attended and well received<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Mayovka \u2013 Church Picnic\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=786\">Mayovka \u2013 Church Picnic<\/a><\/span> Our church held a picnic In the forest for families. About 200 people showed up. Many of them unchurched.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"A Few problems with \u201cWord of Faith\u201d\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=846\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A Few problems with \u201cWord of Faith<\/span>\u201d<\/a> I was invited to speak at our fellowship of churches brother&#8217;s gathering. I spoke about the dangers of \u201cWord of Faith\u201d Teaching to about 80 men from 7-8 different churches.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"The Laying on of Hands\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=1034\">The Laying on of Hands<\/a><\/span> Our church ordained Mikhael Rodoslavov to the ministry of pastor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"A New Pastor and Church Camp\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=1067\">A New Pastor and Church Camp<\/a><\/span> We had about 160 people for our church camp. I taught the adults about parenting.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Ministry in Faleshti, Moldova\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=1116\">Ministry in Faleshti, Moldova<\/a><\/span> Traveled with my father and father-in-law to Moldova where we spent a few days with GAP partner Vasiliy Kaletnik.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Ministry in Moldova and CMI Open House\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=1199\">Ministry in Moldova and CMI Open House<\/a><\/span> I helped coordinate the CMI\u2019s first ever open house. As a result a small Story of Hope Bible study has started.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Visas, Registration and Chronological Bible Teaching\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=1302\">Visas, Registration and Chronological Bible Teaching<\/a><\/span> We finally managed to complete much of the paper work and apartment transfers for our teammates so that they can receive residency status in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Carpathian Mountains Conference\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=1473\">Carpathian Mountains Conference<\/a><\/span>\u00a0We had a wonderful 3 day conference with our Bible School teachers\u00a0 and directors.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Training the Disciple Makers\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=1691\">Training the Disciple Makers<\/a><\/span> In November Gil Thomas came and helped us do a Good Soil seminar plus training for facilitators in Odessa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"2 Days with 25 Church Leaders\" href=\"https:\/\/sukofamily.org\/?p=1825\">2 Days with 25 Church Leaders<\/a><\/span> I helped Misha (our Good Soil coordinator) lead his first seminar in Nickolaev for about 25 church leaders from about 20 different churches.<\/p>\n<h4>What did God teach us last year that we can practice this year?<\/h4>\n<p>He taught us the importance of rest, which we have already started practicing!<\/p>\n<p>He taught us that it&#8217;s more important who we are than what we do. We need to work on this!<\/p>\n<p>He taught us that our children are the greatest resource and responsibility that He has given us. We need to invest our lives in them!<\/p>\n<h4>Question: How did God use you last year?
