Its death rate is off the charts, and many people don\u2019t even know they have it. Thankfully, it can be self-diagnosed with the test below.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open your mouth as wide as possible and look into a mirror. Better yet, have your spouse or a close friend take a look. It\u2019s important that this person knows you well and has some history with you, so that they can make an accurate diagnosis. Ask him or her to write down some of the things that have come out of your mouth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check for the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Words that are deceitful and untrue<\/li>
  2. Words that are hurtful and unkind<\/li>
  3. Words that slander or gossip about others<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Now let\u2019s move to the eyes. This test can only be done by you, so don\u2019t rely on anything other people say about you at this point.
