The correct answer, of course, is D. Kiev, Ukraine.<\/span> In fact, Kiev is more expensive than all but one US city, New York! Is that surprising? It should be. Kiev moved from 54th most expensive city in 2005 to 21st most expensive city in 2006. <\/p>\n

While we’re at it can you guess what the most expensive city in the world is? I’ll give you a hint, think Kiev’s big sister. You’re right! Moscow, Russia is the most expensive city in the world this year. Moscow even beat out Toyko for the the honor. <\/p>\n
